Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of These Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Nosefy mobile application ("Nosefy", "we", "our", or "us"), you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use Nosefy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 4 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use Nosefy.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable, and non-exclusive license to use Nosefy for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted remain with us and our licensors.

4. User Content

• Ownership - You retain all rights to the images and content ("User Content") you upload.
• Processing License - You grant Nosefy a temporary, worldwide, royalty-free license to process your content strictly to provide Nosefy features such as rhinoplasty simulation, nose reshaping, and nose refinement previews. The license terminates after processing, and your data is deleted in line with our Privacy Policy.
• Responsibility - You are solely responsible for your content and ensure it does not infringe on any laws or third-party rights.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases

• Subscriptions - Nosefy offers optional subscription plans that unlock premium features such as unlimited transformations and access to all rhinoplasty styles and nose refinement features.
• In-App Purchases - Subscriptions are sold through Apple's in-app purchase system. Apple handles all payments, taxes, and billing.
• Renewal & Cancellation - Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload or use offensive, illegal, or harmful content.
• Violate any applicable law.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or exploit Nosefy's technology.
• Use bots or scripts to abuse the system.
• Share or sell generated images or services without our permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content in the Nosefy app (logos, code, UI, designs, text, and graphics) belongs to Nosefy or its licensors. You may not use them for commercial purposes without permission. Any feedback or suggestions you provide can be used freely by us without compensation.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important. Please read ourPrivacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. It forms part of these Terms.

9. Disclaimers

Nosefy is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that results (including rhinoplasty simulations, nose reshaping, or nose refinement previews) will meet your expectations. Results may vary based on photo quality and lighting. We are not responsible for content loss or damage.

10. Medical Disclaimer

Nosefy is not a medical or surgical service. The Application does not provide medical diagnoses, treatment, or professional surgical advice. The AI-powered rhinoplasty simulations are intended purely for informational and illustrative purposes, to help users visualize potential aesthetic changes.

If you are considering rhinoplasty or any other medical procedure, you should always consult with a licensed plastic surgeon or qualified medical professional. Nosefy is not intended for use in emergencies, medical decision-making, or as a substitute for professional consultation.

11. Scientific References

The informational and illustrative content within Nosefy is inspired by publicly available medical and aesthetic surgery guidelines from internationally recognized institutions, including:

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nosefy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed 50 EUR.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nosefy, its affiliates, and staff from any claims or damages arising out of your use of the app or violation of these Terms.

14. Termination

• By You - You may stop using Nosefy at any time.
• By Us - We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.
• Effect - Certain clauses (Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Liability) will survive termination.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. You agree to resolve any disputes through the courts of Turkey, unless local consumer protection laws offer you additional rights.

16. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Nosefy after the effective date means you accept the changes.

17. Miscellaneous

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Nosefy. If any part is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable. You may not transfer these Terms without our permission.
